Most of PicoLisp communication goes via the mailing list (see on "http://software-lab.de/down.html" for details), or via the IRC channel #picolisp on FreeNode.net. Perhaps you'd like to make an announcement in the mailing list?
Speaking of myself, I'm afraid I cannot attend (I'm living in Germany), but discussing things via shared screen is an option. I'm using 'screen' via 'ssh' quite often to explain things.
